ADHESIVE SHELF LIFE & STORAGE DISCLAIMER:

SHELF LIFE & PRODUCT CARE: UVLAHKD™ adhesives have an estimated shelf life of up to six (6) months from the time of the our chemist’s formulation batch date. This timeframe is an industry-standard estimate and may vary. Actual shelf life can be reduced by factors outside of UVLAHKD™ By LAHKD AUTONOMYS™’s control including but not limited to humidity, temperature fluctuations, exposure to light, improper storage, and prolonged periods of non-use. Because UVLAHKD™ does not manufacture the raw chemical compounds, UVLAHKD™ By LAHKD AUTONOMY™ cannot guarantee the chemist’s projected shelf life of any adhesive product once the product has been ordered and shipped to the customer. By purchasing UVLAHKD™ adhesives, the customer acknowledges that the longevity of the formula is dependent on their personal storage conditions and usage habits.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Due to the proprietary formulation of  UVLAHKD™, as well as the absence of industrial-grade hard stabilizers commonly found in OTC retail hardware adhesives, UVLAHKD™ adhesives are more sensitive and may cure prematurely if not stored properly. For best results, UVLAHKD™ adhesives must be kept in an optimal room tempurature cool, dry, and dark environment away from heat sources, direct sunlight, and moisture.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: To maintain product integrity, customers are advised to use UVLAHKD™ adhesives actively rather than storing them for extended periods. If the product will not be used immediately, it is recommended to gently shake or agitate the bottle periodically to help prevent and prolong premature thickening, hardening, or crystallization of the formula.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY: (ALL SALES ARE FINAL). Due to the nature of our products and to keep its integrity, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds-NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or any behavior that could compromise the safety or integrity of the brand. We also reserve the right to refuse order fulfillment at our sole discretion if we believe the order is not in the best interest of UVLAHKD™ , LAHKD Autonomy™ , or any of its affiliated entities. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

PRE-ORDER POLICY: Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded. Pre-orders are expected to ship within 1-5 business days after the official launch date of June 20, 2025. Customers subscribed to our email list will be notified of any updates or delays. Please ensure you are signed up to receive communications. 

SHIPPING POLICY: We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. We use USPS as our primary shipping provider. We also offer flat-rate shipping for orders that do not meet the minimum threshold amount for free shipping. Please check the shipping options at checkout, as rates and eligibility are subject to change at any time. Free shipping is offered as stated on the website banner and is subject to change without notice.

Please note: While we do our best to provide tracking information for every order, we do not guarantee tracking numbers will be issued in all cases. Factors such as carrier limitations or shipping method may affect availability. We appreciate your understanding.

PRIVACY POLICY: We collect customer email addresses for: 1) Order updates and shipping notifications, 2) Marketing and promotions, 3) Important company news and policy updates Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell or share your information with third parties not directly involved in order processing or fulfillment.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. ELIGIBILITY. To use this site or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
2. PRODUCT USE. Our adhesive products are cyanoacrylate-based and are intended for external use only. This product is DIY-friendly and designed to support personal loc maintenance with proper use. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that It is your responsibility as the customer to use due diligence, and conduct your own research to determine whether this product is suitable for your intended use. UVLAHKD ™  and LAHKD AUTONOMY ™ , including all affiliates associated with the company, business, and brand Identity are NOT liable for any adverse reactions, misuse, or unintended effects that may arise when using any of our products. Upon check out and placing your order, the customer forfeits the right to pursue any legal action against UVLAHKD ™ , LAHKD AUTONOMY ™ , and or any of its affiliated parties for any issues that may arise from or during the use of any our products. Each bottle comes with clear instructions on the label, and all products must be used only as directed. Misuse or use outside the scope of the provided directions is at the sole risk of the customer. We strongly encourage all users to follow the instructions carefully that is placed on the packaging and to take all appropriate precautions during its usage and application.
3. PURCHASES. All purchases are final sale and we enforce a no return policy. Please double-check your order before submitting payment. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information entered during checkout. .
4. PRE-ORDERS. All pre-orders require full payment upfront. Pre-order items are not eligible for refunds or cancellations. Estimated shipping begins 1-5 business days after June 20, 2025. NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED PRIOR TO THIS DATE.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY. We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside of our control. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
6.  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All physical products, logos, product names, trade dress, written content, instructional materials, and visual designs featured on this website or on any product packaging, inserts, or affiliated brand materials of UVLAHKD ™  and LAHKD AUTONOMY ™  are the intellectual property of UVLAHKD ™ LAHKD AUTONOMY ™ , and any and all associated entities and affiliates therein. This includes, but is not limited to: All physical products,  branded product designs, logos, trade dress, packaging elements, instructional video content, and digital materials etc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or duplication of any protected brand assets is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be pursued against any individual, business, or entity found using, reproducing, or distributing this content without explicit written permission from the owner or authorized representative of UVLAHKD ™  or LAHKD AUTONOMY ™ . We reserve the right to enforce our rights through any legal means necessary to protect the integrity of our brand and business endeavors in the marketplace, and are committed to safeguarding all expressions of our brand identity and innovations.
